Oukitel K3 to Come with 9V/2A Fast Charging
As we get closer to the launch of the Oukitel K3, more details of the device continue to surface.
Oukitel K3 is expected to come with 6000 mAh battery and as you know with smartphones with large battery capacity, fast charging is very essential. Nobody will love to use a phone that takes forever to fully charge.
The K3 didn’t disappoint in this area as the 6000 mAh of the smartphone will be coupled with 9V/2A fast charger. The fast charger is said to fully charge the Oukitel K3 in just about 2 hours 50 minutes.
To prove this, the K3 was put to charging test along side the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. A video of the test has been embedded below.
As can be seen from the video, it took the smartphones about the same time to fully charge but it s worth noting that the Xperia XZ Premium comes with just half of the battery of the K3. The Xperia XZ Premium comes with 3000 mAh battery.
That is to say that the Oukitel K3 performed better than the very expensive Xperia XZ Premium (priced at $625.99). Keep in mind though that the K3 is inferior to the XZ Premium in terms of specs but far more cheaper than the XZ Premium. The Oukitel K3 is priced at $179.99 but it is available for pre-order at the price of $139.99.
The 9V/2A charger is included in the package of the Oukitel K3 and you will need that to take advantage of the quick charging feature of the device.
Oukitel K3 comes with front-mounted fingerprint scanner and 5.5-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 (401 pixels per inch).
The smartphone is powered by MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit octa-core processor which clocks at the speed of 1.5 GHz, and it run Android 7.0 out of the box.
The chipset is coupled with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage (expandable to up to 128 GB with micro SD card).
Oukitel K3 feature dual camera (16 MP + 2 MP) at both front and back. Other features of the device include 4G network, Bluetooth 4.1 and two front-facing capacitive keys.
