Oukitel K3 Battery Test: How Strong is the K3’s Battery?
Oukitel K3 is the latest smartphone in the Oukitel K series and it comes with 6000 mAh battery which supports 9V/2A fast charging. The smartphone is yet to be launched, but it is available for pre-order at a discounted price, and the pre-order ends today September 7.
A video of the battery test of the K3 has surfaced online to show what the massive 6000 mAh of the smartphone can do.
The Oukitel K3 battery was charged to 100% and was tested to see how much battery it will consume when playing a movie. The movie used to test the device was Captain America.
During the test, the phone’s brightness and volume was set to maximum.
It is worth noting that the Oukitel K3 comes with 5.5-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
After about 30 minutes of video playback, the Oukitel K3 consumed only 3 percent of the battery and it consumed 6 percent after a full hour. 87 percent of the K3’s battery was left standing after 2 hours of non-stop movie, and 85 percent of the battery was remaining after the movie ended in about 16 minutes later (the movie lasted for 2 hours 16 minutes).
Going by the data taken from this test, it can be concluded that the smartphone can give you 15 hours of video playback under maximum brightness and maximum volume. This technically means that if you lower the brightness and the volume (or use an earpiece), you can get more hours of video on the device.
You can watch the video below to see the test for yourself.
Other features of the K3 include 4 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM (expandable to up to 128 GB using TF card) and Android 7.0 Nougat.
The smartphone also sports octa-core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit chipset with a processor speed of 1.5 GHz. The device comes with Bluetooth 4.1 and 4G LTE network as well.

The smartphone is still available for pre-order at the price of $139.99 but will likely sell for about $179.99 when launched. We expect the smartphone to hit the market this 3rd quarter of the year.
